Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
Due to the natural and delicate nature of crystals, minor variations in colour, shape, texture, or size are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery.
- Customized, energized, or specially charged products.
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Products without original packaging or invoice.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at sales@crystalsforyou.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, product details, and clear images or videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability Replacement orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake from our end.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
- Crystals For You is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
